Spreadingknowledge can sow happiness. The progress of scientific research and expanding fields will arouse our hope, and bacteria existing in our body and mind willgradually disappear. This is a well-known saying said by Bernhard Nobel. The publicity of science is important. As students, we need to get more knowledge to answer the questions which puzzle us. In order to explore the miracle of the world, we went to Shanghai Science and Technology Museum to have a journey of technology on Tuesday.
Shanghai Science and Technology Museum is located in No. 2000 Century Avenue, with Century Square on its west.
The main hall covers an area of more than 68000 square meters. The construction area is 98000 square meters. It is divided into 11 pavilions of different styles, including the theme of scientists, Chinese and foreign high-techspecial cinema from different ages, art gallery, a number of temporary exhibition halls, etc. Shanghai Science and Technology Museum consists of four floors. The whole building rises in spiral form, showing the progress of science and technology. The middle of the building is a huge glass sphere embedded in a pool of water, which signifies the birth of life.
Museum is always full of treasures and waiting for us to discover. The museum gathers all the wonderful inventions made by human beings, comprehends all nature of the world, from the microcosmic world to the African savannah，from the bottom of the sea to the iceberg, and exhibits a lot of physical phenomenons in interesting ways that attracts the attention of students. We can go inside the organ to see the cell and we can even observe the entangling of atoms. Visiting the museum significantly broadened ourhorizon and aroused our curiosity to the world.
The power of science is enormous and the exploration never ends. We will keep moving to reach a higher level of understanding the beauty of science.
